Registration opens at 18:00 GMT on 8th May 2026 via https://danceapp.net/en-gb/events/187/

Role-balanced Couple and solo Leader registrations will automatically be accepted. Follower registrations without a leader will be placed on a waitlist, and offered a place when solo leaders register.

Please register in your Primary Role.

If you are planning to role-balance someone and you book separately, you will have an option to add their name in the comments section.

Waitlist guidance (followers):
If you are on the waitlist and find a leader to balance your registration, please ask them to register and include your name in the comments section. We will then match your registrations.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy:

All passes are non-refundable. However, passes may be transferred to another dancer in the same role.

The transfer deadline is 28 December 2026. No exceptions.

Buying a pass:
Please email nyswingfling@gmail.com before purchasing to verify the seller.

Selling a pass:
Please obtain the buyer’s email address and copy them into your email to us so we can process the transfer.

If an Advanced or All-Star pass is transferred to a dancer who is not at that level, the difference in pass price must be paid first.

  • Full Pass

    Includes access to workshops, 4 parties including NYE Party, and option to compete in competitions. Excludes intensive and competition entry fee.

    • Tier 1: Tickets 1–150 or until 8th July 2026.

      • All-Star | £65 (1+ point)

    Discounts

  • If you attended NYSF 2025 on a full or party pass, you are eligible for early access and an exclusive £10 discount (personalised link sent to your email address on 1st May). It will apply to the active tier pricing at that time.

  • International rate is for dancers who live outside of the UK. You need to enter your country when registering to obtain the discounted rate (as it won’t automatically apply).

  • Party Passes

    Includes access to 4 parties including NYE Party, and option to compete in competitions. Excludes workshops, seminars, practices, intensive and competition entry fee.

    • Early bird | £125 limited until 8th October.

    • Late bird | £145 subject to availability

    • International discount £10

  • NYE only passes (subject to availability from December 2026).
