Role-balanced Couple and solo Leader registrations will automatically be accepted. Follower registrations without a leader will be placed on a waitlist, and offered a place when solo leaders register.

Please register in your Primary Role.

We do not permit a change a role to secure a ticket.

If you are planning to role-balance someone and you book separately, you will have an option to add their name in the comments section.

Waitlist guidance (followers):
If you are on the waitlist and find a leader to balance your registration, please ask them to register and include your name in the comments section. We will then match your registrations. The ticket price will be the active tier pricing at the time a place is offered.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy:

All passes are non-refundable. However, passes may be transferred to another dancer in the same role.

The transfer deadline is 28 December 2026. No exceptions.

Buying a pass:
Please email nyswingfling@gmail.com before purchasing to verify the seller.

Selling a pass:
Please obtain the buyer’s email address and copy them into your email to us so we can process the transfer.

If an Advanced or All-Star pass is transferred to a dancer who is not at that level, the difference in pass price must be paid first.

We want everyone attending New Year’s Swing Fling to have a safe and enjoyable experience. To ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone, all attendees are required to follow our event code of conduct. This covers: Key Contacts, Respect & Inclusivity, Consent & Boundaries, Behaviour & Safety, Incident & Reporting, Food & Alcohol, Under 18s, Personal Belongings, Violations, Photography and Videography policy.
