Hotel Cancellation Policy for our event rate:

• Booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled later than this, 100% of the room rate will be charged. All reservations will require a credit card to book to guarantee the reservation. 

• Room event rate is available until 10th December 2025. All non-reserved rooms will automatically be returned after this date.

£10 per car per overnight stay (payable upon check-in). We recommend you car-share where possible.
