Registration Info

Registration Opens: 18:00 BST (19:00 CET), Tuesday 01 July 2025 via DanceApp.

Priority will be given to role-balanced couple registrations, with a waitlist available for those booking without a partner.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy:

Passes are non-refundable. However, you may sell your pass to another dancer in the same role. Please contact us first to ensure that the seller is valid before selling your ticket on.

The deadline for transferring a pass is 26th December 2025.

Tiered Pricing (full event pass):

  • Tier 1: £145 | Tickets 1–125

  • Tier 2: £170 | Tickets 126–250

  • Tier 3: £195 | Tickets 251+

  • International Rate (outside of UK) £135/£160/£185.

  • Group rate £10 each off pass price: reserve as a group of 10+ (minimum of 5 role-balanced couples) from your club or region. For groups outside of the UK, you can reserve as a group by country.

  • Advanced WSDC dancers £115 (must have 1+ Advanced point)

  • All Star dancers £95 (must have 1+ All Star point)
