Registration Info

Registration is open via DanceApp.

Priority is given to role-balanced couple registrations, with a waitlist available for those booking without a partner.

Followers on the waitlist: if you find a leader to balance you, please ask them to register and add your name in the comments section. We’ll then match your registrations.

NYSF Pass Winners: please register via DanceApp and in the comments section include where you won the pass.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy:

Passes are non-refundable. However, you may sell your pass to another dancer in the same role. Please contact us first to ensure that the seller is valid before selling your ticket on.

The deadline for transferring a pass is 26th December 2025.

Full Pass:

  • Tier 1: £145 | Tickets 1–125 - SOLD OUT

  • Tier 2: £170 | Tickets 126–250

  • Tier 3: £195 | Tickets 251+

  • International Rate (outside of UK) £135/£160/£185. Remember to enter your country when registering to obtain the discount.

  • Party Pass:

    • Early bird £125 until 31 October.

    • Late bird £140.

    • £10 international discount.

  • Group rate £10 each off pass price: reserve as a group of 10+ (minimum of 5 role-balanced couples) from your club or region. For groups outside of the UK, you can reserve as a group by country.

  • Advanced WSDC dancers £115 (with 1+ Advanced point)

  • All Star dancers £95 (with 1+ All Star point)
